Summary:
Welcome to my fabulous 2 bedroom property overlooking the Aviva stadium. It is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Dublin on foot or to attend a gig.

The Space:
The property has a very large open plan kitchen and dining area. The separate living room is very spacious. The property has 2 large double bedrooms with balcony areas dotted throughout the apartment. It also has an full bathroom and an ensuite bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire property

The Neighborhood:
The perfect neighbourhood to explore Dublin on foot. The property overlooks the Aviva stadium. It is so close to the city centre but away from the hustle bustle of the city centre. It has lovely restsurants and cafes and only a very short walk to the trendy Grand Canal.

Getting Around:
The area has an abundance of public transport links. There are bus to access all over Dublin and the nearest train link is at Grand Canal DART train. It is about a 10 min walk and will take you to anywhere in the city and further afield.
