Great Location...but read this first.
Great Location for this property within the Duck Creek Area. The cabin is just a Cabin. It's a bit dated but it had a large sofa which was comfortable for watching TV, comfortable beds, (1 king upstairs room, 1 set of double size bunk beds in the middle room and 1 set of double size bunk beds in lower room) it was clean and had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Bathroom fans sound like a helicopter coming in for a landing ( bar of soap and hair shampoo was supplied) It had kitchen utensils, and auto drip coffee maker, plates, cups, pots and pans. You have to bring all your own food supplies, just as if you were camping. (down to salt/pepper, don't forget the coffee). The furnace kicks on every hour and is very loud like a generator, if your a lite sleeper, advise not to stay here. The master bedroom pocket door does not close as its off tracks or just broke it. All other doors in the cabin squeak when opening/closing. It does have a washer/dryer and 2 small boxes of detergent was provided. I left some dryer sheets for future guest use. Pool table has limited room for playing (surrounded by TV and Glass doors, play as own risk). Internet access was good, they had Netflix account linked to TV and the out door tree swing was a lot of fun. No firewood is provided for outside fire pit or in-door wood stove..bring your own. Plenty of chairs around fire pit for enjoyment. . On our last night there, the smoke detector went off at 2:17am and chirped every 15 seconds and was placed 20 feet high, so it was unreachable for any of us to disengage. We did notify the management team at 5am as that's the time we left the place, hopefully its fixed by now. I did pay for an early check-in, but I had to reach out to the management team for the door code as they had failed to send it to me at my early requested check-in time, they did reply immediately once I asked for the code. Overall, it was clean, good location, but I would not stay there again. 05.27 thur 05.30.22.

Property had litter and trash around outside , white claw cans and children's snow boots and socks near the fire pit, beds were made and counters wiped down, but the floors were definitely not swept or ever mopped. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom doesn't even close all the way. The couch was very worn and questionable so we laid down sheets over top of it before sitting on it. There were wet towels in the dryer. We left a day early. It was gross.

Unclean Cabin
The cabin had not been dusted for a long time. A lot of dog hair everywhere. We ended up with it on our clothes. Could not open up one door, had to use the basement door. Master bedroom and bathroom could not close completely. Told them about it and they said maintenance was going to go and then when I asked when they said after we check out.

Horrible!
The roof leaked - alot! The dishwasher was missing the bottom tray and when we finally found it on the shelf above the washer and put it in, it did not clean the dishes. All the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The fridge did not cool like it should and we were told by the property management that it was shut off and we needed to give it time to cool which was not true because there was frozen ice cube trays in the freezer. Some of our groceries spoiled that we brought. There are missing screens in at least one window and the sliding door. The house was very dirty. The grills were very dirty as well. There are rotten boards and screws and nails sticking out on the deck that we have tripped on and ripped a pair of shorts on. The upstairs bathroom shower door doesn't close completely. There were light bulbs out all over the house. The kitchen light doesn't have a cover on it. There is no ladder to get to the top bunks. The couch is falling apart and blocking part of the sliding glass door. There is a big pothole in the path to the fire pit. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. There is an old sleigh covering a huge hole outside the back door with a lot of other random garbage. The platform to the swing has rotten boards on it. There was no projector like what was advertised in the pictures. The main bedroom door was off the hinges and didn't close all the way. When we turned the garbage disposal on, it shot dirty water on us from the other side of the sink. Missing smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms. PICK ANOTHER PROPERTY! We tried dealing with the property management company while we there and they were very dismissive and didn't help at all!

Lots of stairs
Be prepared to climb stairs It needs more lighting or lamps that work. ( it was dark) The chairs on the balcony were in bad condition. Balcony railing slats were loose and some were gone. The bedding should have been better. The kitchen is small. Better for fewer ppl.

Interesting
Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was the property is smaller than it looks in the pictures which was not a bad thing. But as soon as I parked and got out I realized the trash can outside was stuffed completely full which per their contract for the rental you have to dump upon departure. Then I continued inside the house which was FREEZING!!! I requested the house be warmed up upon arrival due to having infants and received no response. Once I walked around inside I realized there is no heating other than a couple in wall electric heater Las and space heaters then a fire place. Luckily there was a few pieces of wood and I had bought a bundle at the store. My wife and kids had to wait out I. The vehicle for about an hour or so til there was atleast some heat which we found this very frustrating. Then as I went up to the master bedroom I realized one of the two doors was broken and only one worked. Also we noticed that the only fam in the cabin seemed not be working as well. At about 12am the house finally got to a good temp and held through our stay but the property owners really need to articulate that there is mainly a wood burning fireplace for heat so people will actually bring wood and be prepared. The next day we made our way out to the fire pit outside which someone had left the lid off and filled completely with snow that we had to dig out ourselves as well. All in all we enjoyed the cabin after all the lil quirks got worked out. Also the place was pretty dirty once you start to look around noticing dirt built up along e edges and corners as well as a good amount of dust every where. We enjoyed it after we got everything up amd running but a more information about the property in its listing would have been more helpful.

Swing in back yard was awesome, house could've been cleaner, smelled like bacon when we arrived, noticed dirty pans in oven, fire pit was full of garbage and beer bottles. House was smaller than what it looked like in pictures. Overall we had a good time and made it work, deck was great.

Perfect little getaway
This was such a great getaway after being stuck inside due to Covid. This cabin was adorable and perfect for our family. It was secluded enough where we didn’t really see anyone while at home. The neighbors right next door we’re not there. The swing was a huge hit for my 3 kids. The house was very well stocked more than other VRBO rentals we have used in the past. The only complaint is the internet did not work while we were there which ended up really being a blessing since we were able to just cut off and enjoy nature. The RV park down the road has a little shop and cafe and I was able to buy firewood and little things needed. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We can’t wait to come back.

Spring break getaway
This was an absolutely great cozy cabin that accomodated 10 people. The day we arrived it was snowing and so we decided to head to cabin earlier than checkin time. The property manager contacted us stating we could go in early. Fortunately the cleaners finished early and we were able to go in 2 hours earlier. There were a few things in the home that needed work on...like the grinder in the sink wasn't working (figured out our last night there it was just the reset button that needed to be pushed located in the same floor bathroom. Also, the oven temp gauge was slightly off and the door seemed as if it didn't close properly...we kept burning our cookies that we were trying to bake. Overall, it was an enjoyable 3 nights. Had a great time playing in the snow and there was even a swing bungied to some trees with a platform you could jump off on the property. Would definitely come back again if Brianhead resort were closed and we wanted to spend time in snow

Overpriced and under maintained
We have been travelling USA for last 3 months and this would rate our least favourite. Family of 4 with 2 x 10 year kids. Not enough blankets for winter and kids had to sleep with us for warmth. Okay - so we had to bring our own wood but not even a match in the entire house. Dirty unwashed dishes left in the dishwasher. No instructions for anything in the house like the 4 remotes to watch TV. Dimly lit and only place to read a book in evening was in kitchen. Oven - door did not seal properly so house fills with smoke/steam from the roast chicken. Need to open windows to cook as fan on stove rangehood non functioning. Kitchen bench is worst design for adults. They must sit on ends as there is a cupboard underneath with no leg room. The location is great - easy to find with good access, big laundry and storage area downstairs and kids loved the pool table. If the above was attended to I would suggest a great little spot at a good price.

Great locations to Parks
we enjoy our stay, first time visiting Utah, we were able to go to Zion Park and Bryce canyon park, both are within 60 minutes drive. the roads are clean and the access to several locations is very simple. if you decide to stay indoors the place has a great outdoor view, the projector is a great idea to watch movies or sporting events.

Loved this property and location!
The home is in a very quiet wooded setting. We were centrally located to visit Bryce, Zion and the surrounding Dixie National Forrest. Duck Creek Village is very quaint and a great place to get away from the normal hustle and bustle. The home was clean and had all we needed in the kitchen. Amenaties in home matched the description online. Our family enjoyed a nice quiet evening around the fire pit. We received notifications as appropriate from the owner giving us clear information about the check in / check out process.

Fun locatiin. Property was clean and enjoyable.
The pictures are a bit deceiving as the property is a little cozier than expected. There are three bedrooms but the kitchen and common areas are not as big as the photos portray. For that reason the price was probably I little steeper than it should have been. The property was nice with the swing, fire pit and horseshoes. The location is great and we had a great time.

Lovely Stay - A Tad Overpriced
This home was lovely to stay in, especially for a group of people. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. You felt like you had privacy regardless of the room you were in. Having two full bathrooms was very nice. The pool table was used every night. Beautiful deck and quiet area (in March). The area was expectedly remote so make sure you have an appropriate vehicle especially in the snow. Our truck worked great but a small sedan may not have been so lucky! When we arrived the cleaning employee was still there as the previous renters did not leave on time. The employee was very apologetic and still had everything cleaned adequately. Our one complaint was that there were a few things missing - no wash cloths for all the bathrooms. The master bedroom door was broken and off the track, the upstairs bathroom shower door didn't close all the way. Lastly, the rental did not have an AUX cord so we couldn't use the advertised Apple TV/HBO services. We ended up buying an AUX cable to leave for the rental. Nothing major - still lovely! But that is why I feel the rental was a tad overpriced for all the little quirks we discovered. Definitely would still recommend this to friends and family! It was a very easy/reliable rental process and a great place to make memories.

Great Family Memory
My family had more fun than we expected. Overall the trip was a huge success. If I had to nitpick, we paid a $125 cleaning fee and the cabin was not cleaned when we arrived. While the beds were made and bathrooms were clean with fresh towels, there were spider webs and dust built up in quite a few areas. On the bright side, there is a swing outside, a wonderful fire pit and movie screen for nighttime movies. My kids are already locking me down for next year!!!
