"The staff were very helpful, professional and polite. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The young lady on reception was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her. She's a credit to the hotel. The whole experience was brilliant, very relaxing stay before we continued our journey to Newquay. ..."

"Plenty of parking, check in was straight forward but ended up getting locked out of the room the following day as they’d only put the room cards for 1 night not 2. "Fantastic stay in Wells. The cottage was stunning and fabulously furnished with interesting art on the walls. One of the bedrooms had stunning views onto a field of cows which was just so sweet. Our host was so kind and gave us loads of recommendations. Would definitely come and stay again!"
