Welcome to our Why Not Woodland Escape—where luxury, whimsy, and the wild all meet on 10 ½ private mountain acres. We love this house deeply, and now we’re sharing it with you.

Here, choice is part of the adventure. Want to shower inside while treetops frame your view? You’ve got it. Or, why not step onto the private deck and let the birds and cicadas set the soundtrack with a hot shower under the sky?

Hungry? Cook inside in the chef’s kitchen with sharp knives, ample counter space, and everything you need within reach. Or take it outside—grill, chill, and prep at the outdoor kitchen, or go rustic with fire pit hot dogs and gooey s’mores.

Rest comes easy in three dreamy bedrooms: a king suite with deck access to the hot tub and outdoor shower, a cozy queen upstairs, and a two XL twin room (perfect for kids or adults). Every bed is dressed with deluxe mattresses and 100% organic cotton percale sheets for that slip-right-in sleep.

The screened outdoor living room—with TV, comfy seating, and a pass-through to the kitchen—blurs the line between indoors and out. And don’t miss the private trail (nearly 1/2 mile) winding through the woods, complete with a seasonal creek and “eye spy” surprises for explorers of all ages.

We love pups and are happy to host them! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that our furry guests be well-behaved and house-trained. There’s even a crate for anxious pups so everyone can relax.
