Edgewater Inn Reedley

"This is a very nice place to stay. I am now visiting the Fresno area two or three times a year and really won’t consider staying any place else. The staff is friendly. They genuinely like having you there. Family feeling place. Raised a small issue to the staff on checkout (an overlooked stain on the carpet) and know it will be taken care of because this is the first time I’ve ever encountered an issue. I rated the pool a 5 because there’s no “not applicable” box. I’m sure it’s a 5. Local fresh produce at the breakfast “bar”. Plums this time. Oh my yum."

"Cute property, cabins with pathways to each. I stayed in the large bunk house. Room was perfect size. Bed clean sheets, towels shower. Reception was friendly answered all my questions about the area and property. I would stay here again."

"This place is perfect if you just need a bed on way to the park. Walls are very thin so you can easily hear neighbors and road noise. Room (#4) was tiny with small bathroom. It was clean, TV and wifi worked great. Hot water stopped while taking shower but luckily i had already washed. Staff were not welcoming or friendly. However she did look up my door code nicely enough. Best thing is that rooms are connected to a restaurant that served cold beer in iced mugs! Husband loved his pasta dish and my fish & chips were just ok."

"Room was really cozy and had all things needed to feel comfortable. The only downside is the bathroom located outside in another building. Really close to the entrance of both national parks. It was unclear where we could park the car."

"Montecito is off the main highway, but was worth the short trek in. Meals were provided, B, L & D, with many options including a vegan option. If you weren’t going to make to lunch you can order, the night before, a sack lunch that was very good. The room was simple, bed was ok. The shower could use a little more pressure. Very quiet location."

"Such a cute place! We were the only guests there for the two day stay and it was so peaceful and beautiful! The host also was super helpful with an issue we had on arrival (nothing to do with them or the place at all!). We would absolutely visit again if we are in the area!"

"rooms were clean and the property had ample parking space. it is approximately one hour away from Kings Canyon national Park. The owner was very helpful and accommodative. We accidentally booked one-bed room but upon request, he upgraded us to a two-bed room after collecting difference in rates. recommended 👍"

"Easy check in process, room was great ! Room 14 the Queen Suite has a lot of room , cool skylight above the bed and was insulated very well. If you like the historic hotel experience I highly recommend it. Idk why people say the hot water doesn’t work, it was boiling hot the moment we turned it on. No issues at all to complain about (:"
