"Location and service are the best. It's a stones throw away from the entrance to Sequoia Nat'l Park and a full bar is great to return to after a day of hiking. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and restaurant breakfast and dinner were pretty good! The view over the river from the restaurant was nice. Only complaints were that previous guests left half eaten food in our dresser and a used washcloth that had not been cleaned out before we checked in, and the rooms are a little...

"Melanie was a great host, she responded promptly to my questions. Check in process was simple and explained clearly. Cabin was cozy and has everything you could need. Only issue we encountered was that hwy 245 was closed due to construction, so in order to get to the cabin you had to use a 20 minute detour, from National Park. I didn't realize this until days later after my booking, so my mistake. Something of note, if you're tall like my husband (6" tall), bathtub might be a little inconvenient...
