- This ideally located condo sits right at the North end of Durango, 20 minutes from Purgatory Mountain Resort and 10 minutes from Downtown Durango. It is facing the gorgeous Animas Red Cliffs. The high grade furnishings complement this quiet get-away, including: leather down couch, mahogany sleigh queen size bed and high boy dresser, walk-in closet, inflatable queen and twin mattresses, smart TV with DVD player, leather high back stools around the counter, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air mattress available for more than 2 occupants. Covered outside porch includes dining for 4, and spectacular views of the Animas Valley and the Red Cliffs. The bamboo flooring throughout; with the in-floor heated bathroom tiled flooring complete this sophisticated retreat . Location includes a well equipped 24/7 gym and an outdoor gazebo. A perfect refuge in the beautiful mountain town of Durango, Colorado!
