Overall recommended

I always like staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Durango. They are pet-friendly, but I feel their fee is a bit exorbitant, running about twice as much as other hotels across Mexico. I will continue to use this hotel with or without my pet.

Not suitable for a business trip, terrible internet connection, slow and regularly drops out. The main road is also pretty noisy, not much in the area with regards to food, entertainment, shopping, etc.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
Affordable, but no comforters on the beds and one of the sheets had a stain. I booked two nights but for some reason they only had me down for one and so my key card was deactivated mid trip. When I spoke to the front desk about it I was not given an apology or reason, just simply told the card was active again. The cleaning crew was nice.
