“This is a wonderful studio apartment that is right on the bus line to Winchester and the train station in Chandler’s Ford. Bright, clean and recently renovated, it has a private entrance and is the perfect place for a visit to the area. The owner responded to all inquiries quickly, and thoughtfully provided a basket of snacks and bath essentials, as well as all the expected kitchen utensils. “I stayed at the house for almost a month and it was memorable. It's comfortable, beautiful, and cozy. Very safe. A quiet neighborhood, with the morning visit of a cute and shy squirrel. This is definitely where I will stay again when I am in England.”

“I have not received the code to get into the room, I sent a couple of texts and no reply, so rang but he spoke so fast I could not catch what he was saying but eventually got in. The was ok but when you go to the fridge the floor caved in it was the carpet stoping you from causing you harm”

“Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy……

“We had a nice one night stay at this cosy cabin which is in a picturesque part of Winchester near the streams. It's a fun adventure for a young family but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues as the two bedroom spaces require climbing/crawling through a small door. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin but the kitchen is outdoors, which is a bit of a challenge on a wet/cold day. Would definitely stay again.”
