Privacy, seclusion, relaxation and outdoor activities are yours at Morgan Marsh. Whether you want to simply relax on the large porch and take in the sights and sounds of nature, nap on a hammock under the trees, enjoy star gazing and s’mores at the fire pit or partake in the many recreational activities nearby, Morgan Marsh has it all. Located conveniently to the towns of Dushore, Forksville, LaPorte and Eagles Mere and the many amenities Sullivan County has to offer. Enjoy the proximity to Loyalsock State Forest, Worlds End State Park, Ricketts Glen State Park, Sones Pond, Hunters Lake, the Haystacks and many hiking trailheads.

Sited on 11.3 acres of woodlands this single story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen bed in one bedroom, an antique brass double bed in a second bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, bed & bath linens, 2 TVs with DISH service, a cabinet stocked with board games and puzzles, ample firewood for the fire pit and a gas grill with picnic table complete the picture. Guests of Morgan Marsh will enjoy the use of a canoe, 2 kayaks and 3 bicycles. Floatation devices are available for use with the canoe and kayaks and an air pump is available for the bicycles. If needed foam roof blocks and tie-down straps are available to transport the kayaks and canoe.

Cell phone and internet are not available. A land line phone is available for emergency use.

During winter months when snow is present or predicted AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended.

Two night minimum stay.

Endless quiet

A perfect weekend in the mountains soaking in the quiet stillness in a cozy and comfortable cabin. Very close to great hiking and river play. A wonderful place to go when you need to reconnect yourself with nature.

Cabin in the woods

Great clean place to stay in the woods. Close to Rickets Glen, and Worlds end. Very out in the woods which was a nice change.

Perfect disconnect

Great clean cabin in the woods. We are very familiar with the area we had a cabin 20 minutes away from this one for many years but sold a few years back. This cabin is very peaceful. Was snowing when we arrived it was picture perfect scenery!!!!! Had a campfire outside. Was created with a bottle of wine and warm cabin…. There is no signal here which I loved (teenage son not so much lol…). Satellite TV worked great. All in all a great very clean and comfortable spot to get away up in the mountain.

Relaxing Family Vacay

The house was beautifully kept and clean. It was well supplied with everything we needed. The one thing that was a bit of a suprise was the no Wifi/ phone service at the house and throughout the area. A little unnerving in that if we had an emergency and/or of family need to reach us. Once we got over the intial surprise then we were able to appreciate the time to unwind, seperate from the social media and decompress. Spend real quality time with the family.
