“I want to start from the beginning. Oto, who was at the front desk, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. He explained everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable right away. I stayed for the weekend (2 nights) and booked a family room. The room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind and helpful. The indoor pool was warm and clean. There was also a jacuzzi, small but very clean and my kids absolutely loved it. I also used the sauna and steam……

“The breakfast only at 10 is really annoying, even got shout out to get a coffee at 9.30, they should really do something about it !!! The photos are way better than the reality. The beach club was closed cause of the weather... it was very warm... sunny 30 degrees, the beach is abandonned not really nice to be there. We asked to use the waterbikes on the photo but it was not possible, they looked like they did not move the wole summer.”

“Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome……
