That was okay, but my mother arrived at the hotel before me, made with completely different reservations under different names and upon her request, the receptionist changed my room to be on the same floor as hers WITHOUT calling me to ask me if that was okay or if I even knew the person making the request. “The beds were very comfortable. The AC was efficient and quiet. The room was spacious and clean and simple. I like the soaps and shampoo in dispensers instead if little bars and bottles. The breakfast was excellent, snd there were both whole milk and half-and-half for my coffee. Our nine yr old grandson was with us and we went out to look at the pool, which was not inviting, as there was tile missing from its edges and moldy looking concrete where the tile was off. The gate to the pool was……
