“Overall, this was a great house for our family of four and our needs. Close to our extended family who we were visiting and close to downtown and river. A unique older home with lots of character. Our host, Chip, was terrific! He allowed us to check in 30 minutes early and made himself available if we needed anything. “Quaint, little property with roomy accommodations. So much better than 4 people sharing a hotel room…everyone had their own space. The location was convenient, quiet and the neighborhood felt safe.”

“Everything was exactly as described and even more. The kitchen is fully stocked with every spice you would need. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The entire house was decorated very nicely and the clenliness was immaculate. Kathy was very responsive to our every need and even went above and beyond! Highly, highly recommend. “We came for a weekend family girls trip. Location was great, walkable to everything. Lots of space, clean, had everything we needed. One shower was tricky, but we managed. Thank goodness for two toilets!”

“Very clean and comfortable. I would have like either a bench or chair for my luggage, and I would have liked the door going to the backyard useable. Other from that we very much loved the house.”

“We were in the area for our daughter’s ball tournaments. This house was perfect for us. Kids loved the downstairs setup for their gaming and hangout spot they stayed there literally all weekend! It was perfect for our dog as it has an enclosed fence for them to run around in freely while we sat on the enclosed screened in porch keeping an eye as she ran around and got her zoomies out.
