“We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend.”

“Hey Russ, Thanks for letting my wife and I stay at the cabin this weekend. We had a wonderful time as always and will be back. Only note just for info not complaining as we had the upstairs. I guess due to the power outage maybe the doors or windows were opened. There was an abundance of flies downstairs and just wanted to share as a heads up. We shifted to upstairs and were perfectly fine just wanted you to know I had the house secure and I guess those little pest got in before our arrival.”

“If you are looking for a place for your entire family, this is the place to stay! I checked several houses on Lake Tawakoni and this one by far was the perfect one. The host was extremely nice and responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!”

“My sweet man and I took our first little R&R trip together here. It was a little bit of off season time so the grounds had a lot of dead foliage on the little trails on the property. But that was expected. It was peaceful & would go back again. Great quick getaway! ”

“Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside.”

“We booked for a weekend getaway to get some good family time in. My dad, son and I enjoyed every second fishing off the pier. My mom loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair watching the deer. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us. We made great memories this weekend!”

“We stayed here for the eclipse and really enjoyed the stay. The host is fantastic with excellent communication as we brought our dog and she also has dogs but it was easy to arrange different times to have the dogs out. Her dogs are super friendly, I think my wife wanted to take them home with her. She also has horses which are always a pleasure to see. The cabin is small but really nice. It’s decorated well with lots of amenities. It very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works great for the kids.……

“Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot!
