“Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app.……

“Quite and tranquil!! Pet friendly! Hosts very responsive. A storm blew in and knocked out the power, the hosts kept us informed as to when the power would be restored. Many books, movies and games to chose from, which the board games came in handy during the storm . We were on need of propane one night, we messaged the hosts and they were there within minutes. This is definitely 10 stars out of 5!! Would definitely stay at Coyote Creeks again and highly recommended!”

“Absolutely gorgeous house and property. The kids games were so nice to have with a toddler and the cows right outside the front door were a hit! We brought extra towels and blankets and didn’t need them so that was nice too!! I would love to book this house again and come back to town when we can stay more than just 1 night so we have more time to enjoy it. The fresh eggs in the fridge made me smile as we have chickens at home too. :) ”
