“Had $35 per day extra charges for amenities ($30) and WiFi ($5). Booking on Expedia site did not mention any of that. Expedia listed free WiFi and no mention of extra charges for basic hotel amenities. Zaza Hotel front desk blamed Expedia for “not getting the information right from our website”. Then “Sorry” and no offering of any compensation. However I did get a 2pm late check out at no extra charge that I appreciated. Would take a lot of time and energy to get the refunded, if even……

“Cute spot. Had a hard time getting checked in and we were only given 2 towels total for a two bed two bath apt for 3 nights so feels like this is best for 1 night or 2 night. Still would recommend for convenience etc!”

“Check in process was confusing, remotes were missing in the main bedroom couldnt connect or make it work with the other remote. Air-conditioning didnt work properly for three nights after the second day they suggested a different unit because they had to confirm it wasn't working first, absolutely ridiculous. This was an experience that I will never forget a first and last never again.”

“The area around the house is “so so” but once you enter, including the fenced in backyard, it is absolutely amazing. Great stay, location and host!”
