We had an issue with the key, it always took several attempts to unlock our door. Average 10-20 swipes, and when we brought it up, they made us new keys and it was the same. They would not switch rooms and said we were doing it wrong. When we showed them and they said keep trying and denied there was anything wrong . They even had to swipe the key several times. We will not be staying here again !
