"Excellent location, cant comment on service as reception barely open. But we didn't need anything anyway. Stay was out of season visiting family, so pool etc closed. Looked very nice though. If in summer I may be concerned with lack of aircon. Walking distance to local beach with restaurants and a lovely friendly artisan bakery. Area is good to stay to explore surrounding areas such as hendaye, sare, Biarritz, st jean and northern Spain."

"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! "Bed linen and towels were very old and need replacing. Had to make the beds ourselves and were instructed to un make and fold all linen and towels when leaving. Pillows were old saggy cushions. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 4 days stay in an apartment that takes 5 people. Told to buy our own toilet paper. Not very convenient as approx 1k out of town. All in all not comfortable and poor value for money. "

"The apartment was nice and clean and the site was fairly quiet, although there seemed to be a lot of guests, judging from the occupancy of the car park. We had no problems at all while we were there."

"Our family really enjoyed staying in Dominique's apartment. The apartment was very clean and the location was an easy walk to town or the train station. Everyone really liked staying here. There was a little confusion on check in but everything worked out great. The only surprise was no bathroom towels. Luckily we had our travel towels. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Saint Jean Pied de Port. Thank you Dominique."
