The front desk was super helpful and so very nice. The room was disgusting the sheets were stained with old food and dried old blood. There was old towels left in the bathroom and there was hair in the shower and all on the bathroom floor. The tv remote connected with the room next to us. Would recommend is you just need sleep and aren’t bothered by things like that

The room had one tiny trash can and no bigger central can. After being there 5 days I had a trash issue. Worst breakfast ever. Pre-packaged junk. Although they did have a waffle maker. The coffee was not drinkable. Room microwave didn’t work so I had to use the common space one to warm up food. The cheap no-name hotel would likely be a better bet.

This hotel is undergoing a remodel, and the rooms are nice. Hard floors throughout the entire hotel, new mattresses, new furniture and new furnishings. It's not a five star hotel, but it's comfortable, convenient, and offers a great location.

The property is going through a complete Reno. The room we stayed in was super clean. There was no bathroom vanity, no chair for the desk, no coffee maker. The front desk attendant was super good as we checked in late in the evening and he was helpful with luggage getting us to our room. Will stay there again.

The room was updated, however a light was not working, no batteries in the remote. It was an over night stay for sleep and shower, it worked. Staff (1 person) you had to ring a bell for service otherwise he was not seen. I'd say more of a 2.5 rate.
