Enjoy your stay at THE LODGE AT SUNCADIA in our cozy privately owned studio condo. Our studio unit features a King size bed, pull out queen sofa and galley kitchenette with the basic needs: coffee and a small fridge for any perishables or perhaps a chilled beverage for your vacation away! We have multiple units available to rent at Suncadia, if you are looking for more than one unit during the same time frame please inquire!

We aim to give you the BEST POSSIBLE experience when you stay with us. Please don't hesitate to reach out via text or a phone call if you need ANYTHING at all. We strive for 100% satisfaction and if there is anything that isn't up to your standards, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible so that your stay is exactly as you intended! As guests of our privately owned unit, the friendly staff at the front desk, will check you in, take your bags and valet park your car. While staying as a guest at Suncadia resort, a Destination Hotel, you have access to the the wonderful concierge service, multiple dining options and onsite bar, coffee shop, full service spa and outdoor pool and hot tub. Guests of our unit have full (seasonal) access to the outdoor pool at the main lodge. Please inquire if these are open prior to your stay.

**Please note that as a guest of our privately owned unit at Suncadia resort, you do NOT have access to the fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool and water slides OR Nelson pool. For access, you must rent directly through Destination Hotels/Suncadia Resort and pay the additional fees and variable room rates. In addition, if you need any sundries or supplies related to the room, the front desk staff cannot assist you since this is a privately owned unit, please contact us directly! We have an amazing cleaner who lives moments away and/or is typically on site who can assist you.

Suncadia is a great little getaway. We’ve been coming here for years and always enjoy it. The place was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We would book this room again.

Suncadia getaway!
This was a great place for our getaway together. We’ve been to Suncadia many times and you can’t go wrong with the lodge and resort. Usually we’ve booked through the resort itself which will cost you more with the resort fees. You won’t be able to access the fitness/swim center with the Vrbo unit but the lodge pool and hot tub are good to go. No kids this time so we weren’t concerned with that. Overall you’ll save money on the room. This unit was great, just maybe a little dusty here and there and we thought the bed cover blankets were a little worn. Kitchen area was nice but no freezer for ice. A heads up regarding the lodge, major renovations to the main entrance and great room, and 56 deg bar were going on during our stay so access is altered and the bar is in a temporary location. No access to great room area. We didn’t know this prior to booking. We would recommend this room, nice spot for a quiet getaway.

The location of the Suncadia Lodge was just beautiful! The Lodge itself was beautiful. The condo was perfect and very clean. HD all the amenities we needed. It was very quiet. You didn’t know anyone else was there. The spa was located next door. The setting inside and outside was just gorgeous and was one of the best spas we had ever visited. Highly recommend this VRBO condo!!!!!

Lovely but not could not use microwave,right window crank broken,unable to change clock on phone, no fitted sheet just three flat sheets on bed. Hotel staff did not have my reservation, due to Vrbo finally worked it out after 20 minutes or more.

As advertised, great stay
The room is exactly as it says online and I didn’t experience any downside other guests reported as a result of renting through VRBO (instead of directly through the resort). The bathroom is palatial and the Kuirig came well stocked with many refill cups. The rental does allow for use of the pool and hot tub which are really beautiful and we enjoyed thoroughly! I gave 4/5 stars for cleanliness only because I noticed lipstick stains on the top sheet / comforter duvet. Not great, but there were no other sanitation issues. The hideabed wasn’t very comfortable either, but I didn’t expect it to be because generally they’re uncomfortable. Overall great stay!

Easy access to snow fun!
We stayed the weekend to usher in 2022 with my brother's wedding. Our drive over the pass was quicker than we thought, so we arrived a couple hours early. Grandma and Grandpa were supposed to stay, but couldn't make it due to the incredible snow dump in Oregon. So, my family and I cancelled our motel stay and stayed here instead. The owner was gracious enough to let us in early. The place was quite pleasant and we would definitely recommend it. There is a small kitchen that allows you to prepare snacks and meals, if you want to avoid the higher prices of Suncadia. Village Pizza is excellent and has a great selection of gluten-free crusts as well. There is a Safeway, drive thru coffee shop which you can also purchase sandwiches, dollar store, hardware store, and several other options. And, if you are still eating McDonalds in 2022, then they have that as well. Suncadia has many options during winter, including swimming, tubing/sledding (our favorite - they had nice tubes to rent; we also brought our sleds), ice skating (we did not do because it was a rather small rink), and axe throwing (which we would not recommend). The roads into Suncadia had snow, but everything was driveable and we felt safe.

Suncadia is great place to go to to escape the city grind. This VRBO is a good deal. Clean, good access to everything the resort has to offer.
