The Almost Oceanfront Condo has views of the ocean and has its very own covered outdoor deck with deck furniture! This condo is also located in a gated community!

Total Bed Count: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Complex Amenities: Complex has Pool, Basketball, and Shuffleboard Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

Linens and Towels are provided with beds made for weekly and nightly stays.

Rents weekly Sunday-Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up gate cards.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
