Wonderful View and location

Wonderful Beach House

Has all you need & more! Gorgeous just like the photos. We loved using this space for our Thanksgiving family gathering. Close to beach and amazing ocean views from the top floor. Go ahead and book it!

Week at the beach

Beautiful Views and Home

Gorgeous home, super clean, great kitchen and amazing views - I would highly recommend this place. Easily ride bikes around the island and to the grocery store and restaurants, good parking, nice neighborhood super easy beach acces - within walking distance.

Perfect place to reset, rewind and reconnect

This is our 2nd year staying at this rental. It is nestled on quiet street with views and sounds of the ocean. The minute we walk in - the stress of the holidays and the traffic from driving all disappear. The house is beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make a big dinner with family. The towels and bedding were high end. It is our favorite place to gather our young adult children to spend some quality family time.

Great place by the water

Beautiful home and view with close access to the beach and town. We Enjoyed a nice walk in the sand and lunch at the pier. Great martini bar around the corner. Property is well appointed with everything you’ll need. My only challenge was with the coffe maker, but that was my fault, I didn’t see the power button located on the lower right 😉

Fantastic getaway!

This property only requires YOU! We have vacationed at EI for 30 years, and stayed at multiple rentals, this one ranks at the top! All essentials are provided and so many extras. Top notch kitchen, with everything you need/want, right down to spices! Bathrooms and bedrooms also top of the line from bedding to shampoos and soaps. Quiet location, steps to a shady beach access. Beach chairs and extras also included. You can stop searching all the endless rentals, this is the ONE!!

Great House, Great Location

We spent a relaxing week at this property and we were really sad to leave. The house is very clean, beautifully appointed, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. My husband enjoyed twice daily walks on the beach and we both enjoyed dinners from Surf’s Up Grill and coffee and donuts from Flip Flops Donut Shop. Very friendly people in Emerald Isle! We loved every minute and will be back again to this great house.

Perfect Getaway!

My family spent a restorative and relaxing month at Paige's house. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. We loved spending time in the house and we especially enjoyed the view from the kitchen and living room areas. We cooked in most nights and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is. And we took full advantage of the ice machine! We had 3 generations of family stay with us, including grandparents and a 9 year old child. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. We spent most days at the beach, which is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the house. The beach was relaxing and not over-crowded at all! The week of Fourth of July was the busiest while we were there and even then, there was plenty of space to spread out. There were a few very nice beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys in the garage that we enjoyed using during our stay. Communication with Paige was outstanding. She is by far the best host we've worked with! We are still talking about how great our vacation was and wishing that we were still at Paige's beach house! If you're on the fence about renting this property - do it! You won't be disappointed!

Our Stay

Great property, great neighborhood, very clean. Our only negatives- the number of people the listing shows doesn't match allowed space- the bedrooms are small- use of the roll-away beds or the trundle bed would not be comfortable/possible. Also, the picture of the downstairs couch area on the website gives the impression that it is living or cooled space- it is actually the garage and not an area you would spend any time.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing

Each year our school leadership team goes on retreat to plan for the next school year. We hit the jackpot with this home. The long dining table was our home for hours with planning and decision making, but the view of the ocean made it so much better! The home was SO clean and inviting. The kitchen easily the most well stock of any vacation home we had been in. The home was bright and decor was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. So close to the beach access , you felt like you were almost ocean front. Easy walk to local coffee shops, restaurant & more. Centrally located so you are a short drive to many things. We plan to be back again ! We appreciate your hospitality!

Everything you could want

We recently spent a week with another couple in this well appointed home. We really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the living area. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, if you are so inclined. We made good use of the separate ice maker - something I have never seen in any other vacation rental property. While we were there, a new outdoor shower was installed. The property owner was a delight to communicate with. I have only good things to say about the property and owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property.

Communication with Paige was excellent, so friendly and welcoming. The pictures don’t do the house justice. From the spacious rooms and well appointed decor, fabulous view and excellent location, one of our best rentals in years. Will definitely return.
