The place was the perfect getaway and a great place to unwind after being out fishing and adventuring around. It was very clean and had everything we needed in it. The only problem I had was getting in and out of the deep water trough tub/shower but I am short and squatty 5.3 so thats just me but definitely would stay here again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in Emory for one night and needed a place to stay. The price was lower than any of the hotels in the area and it was close to where we needed to be. It was super clean and private. We would consider staying here again for a whole weekend.

Beautiful property that was quiet and felt like ours the entire time. Most thoughtful hosts I have ever experienced. Absolutely perfect retreat for anyone looking to get some peace and quiet.
This was the fire pit that over looks the water. Perfect place to take in a Texas sunset.

A very unique experience. Beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed the cows and pond. Plumbing was interesting and functional but would recommend addition of hot water for washing hands and dishes. Also, a functional grill at the cabin would be appreciated. The air conditioning was excellent. Extremely quiet and efficient. Mattress was very supportive but soft. We had a very relaxing and quiet weekend and will consider returning in the future.
