"Hotel fica numa ladeira muito inclinada numa rua estreita, tornando a entrada e saida do estacionamento quase impossivel, principalmente se o seu carro for grande e os funcionarios nao ajudam, pra nao se comprometerem. Entrar e sair do estacionamento foi simplesmente assustador. Hotel tem praticamente o mesmo preço dos demais na regiao, mas nao oferece café da manha. Quarto e cama OK, mas tudo muito empoeirado. O hotel estava praticamento vazio, mas nos foi dado um quarto com dois andares de escada, desnecessariamente. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well in theme with the surroundings, old colonial charm, that being said some of the fixtures and the flooring tiles could be updated. I highly recommend it. The restaurant was also great we had breakfast and dinner there the food and the service was excellent.We extended our stay by one night as we loved the hotel that much."

"For the price the property is decent. The bed was comfortable and coffee and pastries are served for breakfast. Expect no heating during the winter months of the southern hemisphere as it can be cold. "

The property also offers plenty of areas to relax, from hammocks under the trees to a peaceful heated swimming pool/jacuzzi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring every detail was just right. Villa Rica Pousada is the perfect escape for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Minas Gerais with unmatched comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended! "
