The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. "Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
