"Such a great place in the mountains, so private and such great hosts. Wish we had some better weather to enjoy the amenities but we made the most of it. Perfect location just outside of Denver."

The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages."

"I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!"

"This VRBO was a great place to stay. It is a nice space, it was very comfortable (beds were awesome), and the location was perfect. It is walking distance from downtown Golden and hiking trails. The VRBO owners were super nice and easy to work with. My spouse and I will definitely be returning."

"It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand."

The living area is absolutely lovely with windows overlooking sky and treetops, comfortable seating and a pretty and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house! "First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
