Eptingen Lookout Point Tours

Very nice friendly staff at this traditional hotel with heritage lift to all floors. Centrally located and convenient for Train Station and centre of Bern Room was clean, tidy and confortable.

My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area.

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.
