"I stayed for three days with my mum and aunt, and overall we had a really good experience. The hotel is modern and fairly clean, especially in the main areas. It has a range of amenities including a bar, gym, and sauna, which all looked great, although I didn’t get the chance to use them. One of the standout features is the location — it’s less than a five-minute walk to both the bus stop and train station, making it incredibly easy to get around Zurich. The staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 based on what I used, and I would definitely stay there again."

"We only stayed one night and left very early the next morning. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop and another few minutes by bus to the airport, which is very convenient for travelers flying early in the morning. There's a Welcome Drink corner in the lobby for guests to get free coffee etc., which is very thoughtful for guests leaving before breakfast time to get some coffee before they head out. We checked in at around 2:30 p.m. Staff was friendly. When we went up to our room, there was no AC, so we had to open the window. We were worried it would be too warm but AC started kicking in at around 4:30 p.m. and it was on throughout the night. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is nice. There were a couple of minor issues, but we didn't mention to hotel staff because we only stayed one night. 1. The shower door leaked, so we had to place the towel on the floor outside the shower to dry it. 2. The hair dryer did not work. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Very basic hotel. The room structure is a bit odd and there is wear and tear. It’s far from the city centre so only convenient for an overnight layover before heading to the Zurich airport. Note for the airport shuttle: it’s a 3rd party vendor. The transfer is not direct and they stop at another hotel on the way to and from the airport to pick up other passengers at another hotel."
