The Capcos house, located outside the village, in a quiet area, is arranged on the ground floor and offers a living room serving as a kitchen, living room and lounge. The room benefits from reversible air conditioning, the fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, vitro hob, microwave, the living room has a television, wifi connection available, 3 bedrooms each with a 140 bed (plus a 90 bed in one), the toilets offer a bathroom with a bathtub, but also a shower, double sink, for your comfort the toilets are independent. A covered terrace shelters the garden furniture. You will have a plancha. The washing machine is available in part of the garage. You will enjoy a closed ground of 1000 m², electric gate with beep. In neighborhood with other houses.
