25 km east of Mimizan beach, 12 km from Labouheyre, on the edge of the Pays de Born but in Haute Landes, take your vacation in Escource, in the Landes forest. The Capcos house, located outside the village, in a quiet area, is arranged on the ground floor and offers a living room serving as a kitchen, living room and lounge. The room benefits from reversible air conditioning, the fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, vitro hob, microwave, the living room has a television, wifi connection available, 3 bedrooms each with a 140 bed (plus a 90 bed in one), the toilets offer a bathroom with a bathtub, but also a shower, double sink, for your comfort the toilets are independent. A covered terrace shelters the garden furniture. You will have a plancha. The washing machine is available in part of the garage. You will enjoy a closed ground of 1000 m², electric gate with beep. In neighborhood with other houses.
