"For me I had to book a cabin because the all the hotels were fully booked so an average rating might be unfair because it didn’t really cater for me. The accommodation was clean and warm with outside temperatures as low as -15. I did have to rent sheets but I guess this is normal for a cabin. "

"Det fanns ingen hållare för toalettpapperet. Det luktade avlopp inne på toaletten. Ingen ledstång för trappan till övervåningen där frukosten serverades. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i receptionen. Dåligt underhållen entré. Om detta är representativt för Best Western kommer detta att vara den första och enda vistelse inom Best western."

"Själva rummet var helt ok. Det fanns ett kylskåp i rummet och två sängar. På vandrarhemmet bodde massor av utländska arbetare som upptog kök och gemensamma utrymmen fram till läggdags. Personalen var vänlig mot mig men skrek åt varandra. På toaletten flöt ett par centimeter med vatten över hela golvet eftersom handfatets avlopp var trasigt. Ja, man får vad man betalar för.... "
