“An absolutely beautiful hotel with patient, kind world class staff and an amazing site - the pool is fantastic and the surrounding green space is absolutely wonderful. There's table tennis and petanque in the garden too.
Jean on reception was really amazing and managed to speak slowly in French so I could actually understand and respond in French! We were very grateful to have been upgraded to an amazing Junior suite with two patio areas - thank you so much!”

“This hotel is in a very old building. There is no lift, so you must carry your luggage up and down the stairs. We are older and found this to be difficult. The hotel is located close to the heart of town, so good from that perspective, but it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are no taxi's in Beaune, so the only way was to walk with luggage. This was challenging for us. There is come charm in an old building, but this didn't have it. The bathroom left much to be desired. ……

“L’hôtel est très sympa, dans un petit village au milieu des vignes mais nous avions réservé ici pour le restaurant - afin de pouvoir y dîner le soir - et il n’était pas ouvert … en août pendant la haute saison. Étrange. Nous n’avons donc pas pu dîner car deux restos du village étaient déjà complets. Il aurait été plus correct d’indiquer lors de la réservation que le restaurant serait fermé. ”
