"Nice hotel with many facilities at a good price in a nice area. Room is clean and dining is convenient. Close to shopping and parks. The only thing that is unusual is that they won’t let you check in even it’s only 3 minutes before 3:00pm. "

The breakfasts each morning were refreshing and tasty, and if ypu choose to dine in for supper, a short walk to the restaurant entrance and a new experience for your tasebuds starts... There are many nearby attractions to visit, and the staff have great recommendations. I definitely will be back here on my next trip to Fairbanks. "

"Everything about our stay was amazing, from the staff, room, amenities. The only one thing I had a problem with is we ate at the restaurant every day and continuously ordered the same menu items but the quantity wasn’t consistent. On one particular dinner experience my son literally only had 2 broccoli crowns and 3 carrot slices for his mixed vegetables with his salmon but the other two nights the same meal came with 5 broccoli crowns, tons of carrots and sliced onions. But I didn’t complain at the time because the flavor was very delicious and staff was amazing. Also I know they’re thinking about doing away with sofa beds but I really wish they would reconsider because that was truly the deciding factor in my decision to stay there. Thanks"

"The room attendants weren’t cleaning rooms daily. On days they were dumping trash from room they didn’t make the bed. Even though the schedule was pointed the do’s were not all done. The staff was very helpful and kind."
