Lakefront home with private dock, great fishing and game room.

Beautiful Tuscan home on South Grand Lake. Just a short drive from Tulsa or Joplin for a relaxing retreat. Amazing million dollar views from upper and lower decks that span the length of the home.

This home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 adults as well as additional guests on sofas in the living areas. Fully stocked kitchen is stunning with granite counter tops, and everything you need to cook for 2 to 20. Washer and dryer in unit as well as gas grill. Master bedroom has a king size bed and located on main level of home along with another bedroom with a queen size bed with in suite bathroom. On the lower level, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with queen size beds as well as 2 full bathrooms. The house sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. There is also a 2nd living area and regulation slate pool table. Home boasts over 3700 square feet of living space.

The house features its own private dock with one boat slip available (10 foot wide). Both sides of the dock are available tie up to for the duration of stay if the slip isn’t large enough. Recent guests have been known to rave about the amount of fish caught from the dock, crappie can be caught year round as the dock is loaded with artificial fish habitat and we have seen multiple 3-4 pound bass caught off the dock.

Enjoy your fall and winter on the lake watching eagles in flight, pelicans bobbing in the water, and the best Christmas Boat Parade.

Home is located on the main lake at the mouth of Raper Hollow close to lakeside restaurants and a marina for boat launching.

Check-in is 4pm. Checkout is 11am. We hope to host your group soon.

Fantastic picturesque lake front Home with awesome dock for fishing 🎣 and relaxing!
Our family spent the Memorial Weekend Holiday here. It was absolutely amazing!! The home was very clean and spacious with floor to ceiling windows to take in the Million dollar lake views. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and relaxing on the spacious dock. The fishing was great! We caught Bass, Catfish, a few stripers, and the kids had fun catching bluegill. 😎. Home was well appointed with absolutely everything anyone could ever need, and the beds were super comfy. Justin, the host was fantastic to work with and super helpful. We can’t wait to come back!!

Our party of 3 couples and one bachelor had an incredible time at this gorgeous property! The kitchen was well-stocked, furniture was comfy, beds and bedding were great. There was plenty of room to gather in one place or to find separate spaces for down time. When we weren't catching fish off the dock - at one point 5 of us had fish on at the same time! - we gathered in the game room to play pool and hang out. Owners were great to work with. Best property that we have stayed on at Grand Lake!

Great place for family gatherings.
Check in and working with the property manager was a good experience. The house was very clean. It was perfect for us, from getting out of the car, walking straight into the house (no steps). Two bedrooms, with on-suite bathrooms (both with showers), half bath, kitchen, dinning, living area...all on the ground level floor. Great setup for both mom and mil. Then a step down onto the deck that has a great view of Grand Lake. There are no comfort height toilets nor grab bars, so be aware if those are needed. Downstairs are two bedrooms with two full bathrooms close by. We'll return!

Sibling Trip
My siblings and I take a trip together every year, no spouses, no kids, just the 4 of us. This is the only place we have ever wanted to go back to. The inside of this home is beautifully decorated. On the outside, the view from both upper and lower decks is spectacular. We were fortunate to be there at just the right time to see a super moon over the lake. Truly amazing.

Had such a great time
My husband and I spent a week with two of our adult daughters and grandson and we had the best time. This is our second time renting this home and it works perfect for our family. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom and there is enough room to spread out and do whatever we want. My grandson loves feeding the fish bread down at the dock, swimming and playing pool. I did a couple of puzzles with my daughters. And we got to spend precious family time together. Thank you for such a wonderful place!!

Grand Lake - Italian themed home
We had a GREAT time at this home. Dock is only steps away from the house, 2 nice big decks, AC. End of the road so very little traffic. You can swim or fish from the dock, or bring your own boat. Pool table and multiple TV's makes this a great family destination. Highly recommended.

"Book It, Danno!" Grand Lake House
This was a GREAT lake house vacation!! The home was very spacious and accommodated our family of 9 very well, with the added bonus of 5 bathrooms! The rooms were beautifully decorated and sparkling, and the home was equipped with all that was needed plus some! The decks provided great views morning/ evening/ and night. Fishing from the dock was very enjoyable, as we were able to catch crappie, bass, bluegill, and catfish. The owners were super kind and responsive, answering questions and providing guidance for jet skis and a pontoon. The property and owners are AAA+ !!

Great house and great experience! The owners were super helpful and easy to communicate with. The house had several bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen, dining room and living area The common rooms are large and comfortable. The view from the upstairs is amazing! There is a downstairs commons area and two decks with great view. The house has a VERY complete kitchen set up - we cooked at home and had PLENTY of dishes, silverware, glassware and pots and pans. Two suggestions The house could use more sleeping accommodations. A house this large could sleep 15 people easily with air beds, pull out couches or bunk beds. The number towels set out were not adequate for 9 women. Note: The owner did accommodate our need for towels with - thank you! We totally enjoyed our visit! The Judy’s

Great. Owner did communicate they bought a boat and slip wouldn’t be available. It was fine, we tied up on the side of dock and had a great time!

A Perfect Escape!
From the moment you enter the property, you are stunned by the quality of the property and the artistic interior design. Everything is done in the best of taste and equipped with everything and more to feel like a pampered guest. I am rather picky about my home and its furnishings and I could move into this house today and be happy forever. It is absolutely perfect for a family and or friends getaway. We were at Grand Lake with our 3 adult sons and their wives and our 11 mo. old granddaughter. Property is amazing with an awesome view. We did have a nice time with family and friends, celebrating a milestone birthday. I feel that the back upper deck is not safe, there are rotting boards with holes that your foot can go through and the railing on the right looking out of the property was loose. The umbrella was missing a piece and did not function properly (the owner did offer to have someone come look, but I feel that it should have been taken care of since the property was on the higher end of the scale.) The boat doc does not have any bumpers/padding, therefore you need to be very careful and put yours out prior. The jet ski pads are broke and need of cleaning and repair. The boat doc boards may look secure with screws but some of the boards can come completely off (small children and older adults need supervision). The walkway to the boat dock are loose in some places and warped. The inside of the home was accommodating and set for entertaining. I do feel that the kitchen could use clean/new pot holders and more dish towels. The front elevation does look over a large amount of building supplies, such as bricks, railroad ties etc. Overall, we had a good time, but safety was my concern since I did have 4 older adults.
