“This was a last minute stay at my go to halfway stop from Gold Coast to Tamworth. I jumped online an hour before arrival as I had planned to drive home in one hit but was physically exhausted from Tamworth Country Music Festival. The team checked me in quickly and offered help as I was clearly not feeling well. Even checkin on me this morning that I was ok to drive. “My booking was confirmed and the host contacted me later the next day to tell me they were overbooked. They said they had been booked for my stay for over 2 months. Property was on several sites. How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel.
