"Everything was great from the moment we got there beautiful room, beautiful staff, friendly staff, beautiful great food great customer service the only one thing that I didn’t enjoy. It was the AC in the room. It was not cold. It was not working properly. I don’t believe so I had it set on 16 and it was really hot and But other than that everything goes great thank you"

The rooms are pristine, clean, decorated so tastefully and well equipped. The food from the hotel’s restaurant is healthy and delicious. We visited the farm on property where they source their food from which was a great experience. Pool, tennis courts, spa - all top tier. The grounds itself are absolutely stunning. It was exactly what we were looking for during our relaxing stay in Umbria. "

"Stayed for a long weekend with friends and family. Idyllic surroundings, beautiful rustic decor, bedrooms were warm, pool and jacuzzi were too cold already (likely due to colder than average weather). We were a bit short on kitchen supplies, but Silvia delivered us everything we needed upon request. Overall all of us were very happy with our stay and felt we got an authentic Italian experience. I would be happy to spend more time here."

"beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own."

"The location of this property is idyllic- so tranquil! We enjoyed two thoroughly relaxing weeks in June/July and felt like we'd found a bit of a hidden gem. The views are stunning and the property is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It's ideally placed to explore this beautiful region.The hosts are delightful, friendly and discreet (the lovely Serenella and her family). Any language barrier was easily solved with mobile phone translators.The pool is huge and very well maintained daily. It is in the sun all day but large parasols give plenty of shade.The house has great clean bathrooms, great wardrobe space in the bedrooms and provides most of the basics needed for a stay. It could perhaps benefit from a bit of an update but was just fine for us.The approach road is rustic but easily managed. We rather enjoyed looking out for hares and deer!The nearest village of Palazzone has a great pizzeria restaurant, Madonna del Carmine, which serves simple but really tasty home made food. We found ourselves rather reluctant to leave at the end of our holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property."
