"The physical location of the cottage is terrific! The dock/beach area are excellent too. The cottage is dated and the owner needs a refund from the cleaners. Oven and BBQ haven't been cleaned in years.. There is no indoor access to downstairs from the upper level, entry to the lower level is via outdoors - NOT ideal for a young family. "We had a great time at Cozy Bear cottage in East Braintree, the pictures were exactly as the cabin is. A picture of the kitchen which was lovely and the second bedroom with the bunk bed would be super helpful to get more bookings. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close the cabin is to Falcon Lake. The host responded quickly to questions we have no complaints!"
