"It is our favorite getaway vacation! Relaxing, cozy, and we absolutely love the atmosphere. Little Oak never disappoints! If there was a 20 star rating we would give it!"

"Stayed a month while house hunting. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. Located on acreage but only a 4 minute drive to Neodesha. Inside was spacious and we had no problem cooking our Christmas dinner. There is a large mud room which was great to store some moving items in a secure area. Our dog liked chasing her frisbee down the long yard. Would make a great hunting camp.Great communication with host, very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again!"

"We showed up to the cabin and it was 99 degrees and had issues with the thermostat. Then it got down to a comfortable temperature till we went to bed and woke up to 50 degrees. The oven was not a very functional and very dated. Shower temperatures were all over the place. It smelled like dead mice. Overall was not a very pleasant stay. The lady in charge of everything tried her best and I don’t blame her. But I will be reaching out or wanting a phone number to try and get some sort of a refund. It was not a good experience and we didn’t need much considering we were hunting and gone most of the time. Will be our last time staying here unless something changes. "
