Have stayed on this property multiple times over last few years, will stay again...

The cleanliness could have been a whole lot better. The hotel had a weird smell. But it was a good looking property. The breakfast was good but they cleaned my table and threw away my food before I was finished with it. But overall would probably stay again.

This was a nice place to stay for trip to the GSMNP with 2 children (age 5 and 9) The kitchenette was important for us to have for our longer trip and to reduce eating out. Room was decently clean and stocked with basic appliances and plenty of towels. Room was large and made it comfortable for our family of 4 to maneuver. Some negatives included not receiving any service in our room over the course of our 5 days, which was fine with the exception of the garbage, we managed the garbage ourselves. I also wish the appliances came with even basic instructions. The shower, the washer/dryer, the dishwasher, the stove.... it was difficult to determine if things were broken or if we weren't using them properly. Toaster was broken and oven has no temperature measurement, among other nuances. I didnt read all the fine details of the place and didnt know using the waterpark wasn't included in our stay (quite an added expense when we used the waterpark as our deciding factor to stay here). Also, didn't know this was a large time share resort and so much is wrapped up into attending seminars which are pushed. We refused to spend our time with this. But, the outdoor pool and mini golf options were included and our kids <10 had a great time with these simpler amenities. Also, appreciated they had life jackets on hand. Would we go here again? Maybe. I'd do more comparison with other places and ensure the booking was worth it. But, I'd book again if it made sense.
