“Wij verbleven 7 nachten in het hotel. Officieel zou de kamer dagelijks worden schoongemaakt, maar dit was in de praktijk niet het geval. We kregen wel elke dag schone handdoeken, maar de kamer werd niet dagelijks gestofzuigd. De bedden werden elke dag opgemaakt, maar niet verschoond. Hierdoor troffen we regelmatig stukjes vuil en rommel aan in de opgemaakte bedden. Daarnaast was er een strijkplank in de kamer, maar deze was kapot. Ook was er een strijkijzer aanwezig, maar de knoppen hiervan……
