"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. "the hotel room was small damp with mold . when we booked it said swim up bar which had closed down due to not renewing there alcohol liecence. the restarant close at 2.30 pm no Wi-Fi at advtised. and beds around pool were broken and rusty . never had the room cleaned once"
