“Great stay”

“We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well”

“We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”
