Near Lavoute-chilhac (14 km): white water sports, canoeing, kayaking and swimming and Langeac (18 km): collegiate church, Jacquemart museum, old neighborhoods, Béate museum in Jahon, mountain bike area, adventure trail in the forest, weekly market, St. Gal's Day in July, all shops and services. It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen area and lounge area with TV, 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bathroom with toilet. Electric heating extra depending on consumption. Baby equipment: bed and high chair on request. Additional services to be paid when booking on request or on site with the owner: \- sheets for 1 person: €4.50 \- sheets for 2 people: €7.50 \- cleaning package: €30 Linens and cleaning required for businesses. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited. From Langeac, take the Costet bridge towards Lavoûte Chilhac. At the Pierre Plantée crossroads, turn left towards Ferrussac.
