exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! I would only recommend that they upgrade the place with some quality amenities (hand soap, shampoo conditioner, extra pillows, brighter lighting) and they can easily give all the other riads a run for their money! L'hôtel étant complet on nous a proposé 2 hôtels alternatif un 3\* et un 4\* alors que celui réservé est donné à 5\*. To our surprise, the Palais Nazha Fes cancelled our stay the day before we arrived “due to a technical problem in our Riad.” Since we were traveling in remote areas of Morocco at the time, we had very limited internet access but after several hours we managed to find a new hotel in Fes on extremely short notice for those three days at the end of the year. The Palais Nazha Fes promised to contact Expedia and refund our stay for two rooms. However, since then we have spent numerous hours on the phone and on emails between Expedia and the hotel to resolve this conflict and to get our refund. Apparently, Expedia has been unable to reach anyone at the Palais Nazha Fes in several days and my repeated emails to the hotel have gone unanswered after their initial note of the cancellation and commitment messages that they would contact Expedia for the refund. This has been a very frustrating experience, which has impacted our enjoyment of an amazing trip to Morocco. The hotel has taken our money in advance as part of the reservation and then cancelled our reservation on 24-hour notice - we have not heard back from them or received a refund for services not rendered. We arrived at 2am in the morning, and he kindly gave us some food as we were starving. Owners will organise excursions and trips for you at quite a good price. The staff provide us tips and directions that were very useful to manage our way through the Medina. The dinner was delicious, although we had to wait more than expected to get it. It is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is situated near the taxi point. So it is easy to move from there. It is very quiet in the hotel. There is a beautiful terras where you can eat your breakfast. The breakfast is super ! Every day different things.Not the standard breakfast you normaly get. I loved the homemade marmelade.
