“Di per sé la struttura non è male, ma l’opzione all inclusive è assolutamente da evitare! Durante il nostro soggiorno partecipavamo solo alla cena ed era veramente pessima! Al contrario la colazione era a livello di un 4 stelle. Peccato!”

“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier……

“This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called……

“We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the……

“Sehr nette Vermieter, alles sehr sauber. Einziges Manko war, das man das Wasser aus dem Hahn nicht trinken konnte. Dafür hat sie aber immer Flaschen mit Trinkwasser hingestellt.”

“Posizione e vista meritano il viaggio. Posizione isolata lontana da caos in una vera oasi di pace. L’hotel aveva appena aperto quindi qualche piccolo disservizio ma staff gentilissimo e pronto a risolverlo. Qualità prezzo indiscutibile. Mi mancheranno le cene e balcone della camera vista mare. Camere base giuste per un 3 stelle.”

“Esperienza assolutamente pessima, una delle peggiori che abbia mai avuto. Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla, ma alle 19:00 del giorno del check-in abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio in cui ci veniva comunicato che la struttura non era in grado di ospitarci e che saremmo state trasferite in un altro hotel per la notte. Dopo aver trascorso la notte altrove, la mattina successiva abbiamo dovuto rifare tutte le valigie e passare l’intera giornata fuori, aspettando le 15:00 per poter finalmente……
