"Our stay at Paradiso was great. The layout and position of the house was amazing. However, the house is feeling tired and in need of a little TLC. Some of the kitchen cupboards don't close properly and the oven needed a clean. The tap in the guest toilet is wobbly and feels that it will break at any moment. The floorboards creek in all the upstairs bedrooms. Just a suggestion, the rug under the dining table needs a non slip mat underneath as it is a slippery and is an accident waiting to happen."

"We had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Mantra Nelson Bay Aqua! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, and everything you need, making it incredibly convenient for a family getaway. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering plenty of room for our whole family to relax. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which allowed us to enjoy leisurely cooked breakfasts each morning — a real bonus. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully set up, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay in Nelson Bay. A lovely spot and a great experience all around! "

"We had a wonderful time at the Anchorage. Our room was towards the end of the boardwalk which gave us an amazing outlook from our room. We had great weather and wonderful sunsets. Breakfast had everything you could dream of eating and beautifully presented. A second comfortable chair would be really nice as dining chairs not comfortable for casual sitting [reading]. A beautiful place to chill out and enjoy the surroundings. "
