“It is a wonderful old fashioned Austrian hotel close to downtown Salzburg; would rather pay for parking than the expensive downtown hotel, great to attend Festival concerts! 👍”

“Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .”

“Easy check in with code to key box arriving 3 o’clock sharp. Very central location with a short walk to the waterside. The dedicated parking spaces were occupied but there is an easily accessible public parking on the other side of the main road that’s affordable. Nicely decorated room. A minus for the bathroom door being a transparent glass sliding door - not much room for privacy. Very strong perfume smell in the lobby which was otherwise the only drawback. “Wir waren mit unserem siebenjährigen Kind in diesem Hotel und sind sehr enttäuscht. Ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung waren der Pool- und Wellnessbereich. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch erfahren, dass das Indoor Pool und Sauna erst ab 16 Jahren zugänglich ist. Diese wichtige Information wurde uns vorab nicht kommuniziert. Gerade bei einer Reise mit Kind ist das ein entscheidendes Kriterium. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht. Für uns war das……
