I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have created a fake listing and my reservation was not paid for. The night before I left they finally got in touch with one who had created the Expedia listing and confirmed my reservation was valid. The hotel itself isn't bad, the road to get there is really bad. The surroundings are beautiful as it sits right on Lake Bosomtwi. But this experience soured my stay. This was horrible coordination on their part. They need to do better. I don't blame the on-site staff, I blame the management who failed to communicate things with their staff. "
