"We just returned from our holiday in Maria de la Salut. This villa is stunning and the outside area is perfect for a family holiday. There's lots to do outside including a lovely pool area, sunloungers, bedlounger, basket ball and plenty of inflatables and activities such as bat/ball. The surroundings are stunning and quiet with palm trees and rock sculptures. There are geese, sheep, peacocks and a horse in the fields around. However the house is not as bright and airy as the photographs show and when we arrived it had a musty feel to it. "Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà. "Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."

"Well set up, quiet and peaceful. Villa has everything you would need, good location for short journey to coast or for exploring other parts of the island. Small welcome package of food and fruit was well received after a long and delayed journey. Overall it's a lovely place to stay, was not disppointed in any way"

"Excellent garden, pool and house. Private property separate from others, not overlooked but can see other houses several hundred metres 'across the way' so doesn't feel isolated. House itself is very pleasant - set up for a couple. Given the quality of the location, garden and house the cooking vessels, crockery, etc were a bit sparse and the bed and sofa could have been more comfortable but with that said we nevertheless would be happy to return. It's a lovely place."
