“Front desk Vivian very helpful, and we got upgraded, great location, across the street is a big night market, behind the hotel has a big shopping mall, and 10 mins drive to linnan world and the temple, only one thing the cleaning staff need more training, when we back to the hotel, we saw the cleaning trash plastic leave at the shower room floor 😂”

“住宿環境整潔，每次來大陸，越來越少人抽菸，大廳服務人員態度親切，自助洗衣房設備新。櫃檯人員在合理範圍內，盡力提供優質服務。很多外籍人士住宿。”

“Tackled away in a small neighbourhood with lots of small stores, restaurants and gardens. An absolute gem!”

“I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working……

“Great place to stay. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t speak English. Some staff speak Cantonese and are very helpful. They speak mainly Mandarin.”

“The hotel room was spacious, fully equipped, free of any unpleasant smells, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly—they helped me download a local food delivery app and showed me how to place an order.”
