With 4 spacious bedrooms, it can host up to 9 guests. The private swimming pool with parasols and deckchairs invites you to unwind under the Mediterranean sun, while the fenced garden and roofed terrace provide the ideal setting for outdoor meals and quality time. Conveniently located just 3 km from the beach and 5 km from a golf course, the area is packed with activities. A tennis court is only 1.5 km away, and a supermarket just 1 km from the property ensures a smooth stay. Discover local cuisine at nearby restaurants or enjoy a scenic day by the bay. Inside, the air-conditioned mansion features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Families with young children are well catered for with a high chair and children's bed. A barbecue is also available for cooking al fresco. One pet is welcome, and the nearest airport is 60 km away, making this a convenient and luxurious base in the South of France.
